Product Description:
This is a horizontal three- cylinder single- acting reciprocating piston pump. Wide flow-rate adjustment is achieved via mechanical speed change. Designed for drilling requirements, the pump features a simple and compact structure for easy disassembly, assembly and maintenance. Its light weight and small footprint facilitate convenient relocation.
Pump Purpose and Scope of Application:
To meet customer requirements, we have developed the GCM300/7 mud pump adopting advanced American technology. During core drilling, it can deliver flushing fluid (mud or clear water) into the borehole for circulation. It carries rock cuttings back to the ground, keeps the hole bottom clean, cools and lubricates drill bits and drilling tools, and protects the borehole wall from collapse. It can also serve as a power source to drive impactors (screw or worm gear) to assist drilling. Thanks to its compact size and easy relocation, it is particularly suitable for underground coal- mine applications. Therefore, this pump is one of the key pieces of equipment for modern drilling operations.
