High Torque Hydraulic Core Drill/Drilling Rig For Geological Survey

GL series fully hydraulic drilling rig is a light, efficient, and highly integrated core drilling equipment. The drilling rig adopts new hydraulic technology, equipped with a large torque hydraulic motor and gearbox as a rotary power head, and a large cylinder hydraulic cylinder for propulsion. It is mainly used for drilling solid mineral deposits, and is also widely used in geological surveys, engineering geology, oil and gas drilling, as well as railway, bridge, highway, water conservancy and hydropower and tunnel engineering drilling surveys.

1. The drilling rig power head adopts a hydraulic motor plus a gearbox to enhance the ability to handle accidents.
2. The power head can rotate quickly and sensitively in both forward and reverse directions, making it easy to handle accidents.
3. The power head feed cylinder has a long stroke, which is beneficial to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the frequency of accidents such as blockage and drill sticking.
4. The drilling rig is fixed with hydraulic legs, which has the characteristics of reliable fixation, simple adjustment and good high-speed stability.
5. The drilling rig has large installed power and strong power.
6. The drilling rig has advanced structure, reasonable integrated layout and telescopic drilling tower to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
7. The drilling pressure gauge and hydraulic system gauge are combined into one, adopting an oil-filled shockproof structure, with simple and accurate scale values and a long service life.
8. The hydraulic system adopts a combination of manual control and electromagnetic remote control, which is not only safe and reliable but also sensitive and fast.
9. The drilling rig can drill at high speed or at low speed with high torque.
10. Optional normally closed hydraulic chuck, easy and flexible to operate, effectively improving the efficiency of lifting large drills .
