General Overview

The leading core drill rigs in the developed countries are full hydraulic operated type, which adopt the technology of wire-drawing core with diamond tip. This type of drill rig is also the main developing trend in the field of drill rig technology and related equipment. Under the international and domestic trend, our factory has developed the GLDX-4 Full Hydraulic Operated Core Drill Rig. This type of drill rig can take the place of imported products and be applied in the felds of geology, metallurgy, coal mines, petroleum, natural gas and underground water exploration.

Main Technical Features

1.The rig adopts a tracked chassis.
2.The drill head adopts a chuck type structure. The rotation of the drill head has four mechanical shafts, and it speed could be adjusted by hydraulic pressure with stepless speed change, which can achieve high-precision rotation of the spindle. Drill head is driven by cylinder directly and set with lateral translation mechanism.
3.The mast is foldable, convenient for transportation and storage, with sliding touch function.
4.The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the rotation of the spindle is driven by a single motor with closed loop circuit, with high operation efficiency.
5.The mast is equipped with centering guide in its upper and lower part. A hydraulic clamp is adopted at the position above the drilling hole.
6.Equipped with an orifice working platform and two layer working platform
